Step 1 – Access Chat System
*** You must use Firefox to access the chat system ***
You will need to log in to the chat system (link can be found above). This chat room will be where you receive most of your instructions from management, so it is important that you regularly check the chat for project changes.
- If you have physically worked at our Colorado Springs location, your username is the following: WFH_LastnameFirstname
- If you are ONLY a remote worker and have never worked on the Luce Research premises, your username is the following: RWFH_LastnameFirstname
- Your password is the last 4 digits of your SSN

Step 2 – Log in to Voxco
Depending on whether you will be calling with landline or cell, use Firefox to access the appropriate VXCATI link from above.
You will see the familiar Voxco login screen. Please use the same username and password that was used for Rocket.Chat.
- If you have physically worked at our Colorado Springs location, your username is the following: WFH_LastnameFirstname
- If you are ONLY a remote worker and have never worked on the Luce Research premises, your username is the following: RWFH_LastnameFirstname
- Your password is the last 4 digits of your SSN



Step 3 – Access Projects
After logging in, select and accept your assigned project. Projects are delegated by management from the Luce Research Chat system.

Step 4 – Dial in to Voxco
You will be prompted to dial a phone number and enter a code, please follow the on screen instructions.

Supervisor Transfer Procedure


Step 1
Click “Advanced”

Step 2
Click “<--New-->”

Step 3
Select “7192723866” and then press “Dial”

Step 4
Inform Operations of the situation, and then press, “Transfer” button to connect the respondent and a member of Operations.
Issues with Voxco?
If you are having issues with Voxco, enable “Compatability Mode” in Internet Exlorer.
