Work From Home With Luce Research

Luce Research is currently testing a new work-from-home program. This page contains all necessary links and information

Step 1 – Access Chat System

*** You must use Firefox to access the chat system ***

You will need to log in to the chat system (link can be found above). This chat room will be where you receive most of your instructions from management, so it is important that you regularly check the chat for project changes.

  • If you have physically worked at our Colorado Springs location, your username is the following: WFH_LastnameFirstname
  • If you are ONLY a remote worker and have never worked on the Luce Research premises, your username is the following: RWFH_LastnameFirstname
  • Your password is the last 4 digits of your SSN

Step 2 – Log in to Voxco

Depending on whether you will be calling with landline or cell, use Firefox to access the appropriate VXCATI link from above.

You will see the familiar Voxco login screen. Please use the same username and password that was used for Rocket.Chat.

    • If you have physically worked at our Colorado Springs location, your username is the following: WFH_LastnameFirstname
    • If you are ONLY a remote worker and have never worked on the Luce Research premises, your username is the following: RWFH_LastnameFirstname
    • Your password is the last 4 digits of your SSN

    Step 3 – Access Projects

    After logging in, select and accept your assigned project.  Projects are delegated by management from the Luce Research Chat system.

    Step 4 – Dial in to Voxco

    Depending on how your user is configured, you will use one of the following methods to connect to Voxco

    Inbound Remote Agent

    1. Call the listed phone number. (Please keep in mind that different dialers have different numbers)
    2. Wait until you hear the double beep (Usually about 5 seconds)
    3. Enter your specified pin number, followed by the # (pound) sign.
    4. Click “Confirm”

    Outbound Remote Agent

    1. Verify that the listed phone number is your correct number. If not, please contact Scheduling or Operations)
    2. Click “Confirm” and the dialer will call your phone
    3. Wait until you hear the double beep (Usually about 5 seconds)
    4. Enter your specified pin number, followed by the # (pound) sign.

    Remote VoIP Instructions

    1. Visit https://remotepbx.luceresearch.com:4443
    2. Login with your Voxco credentials
    3. Add the “Phone” sidebar widget
    4. Dial in to either extension 1000 or 2000, depending on the project and enter your access code followed by pound
    5. Return to Voxco
    6. Smile and dial! (-:

    Supervisor Transfer Procedure

    CALMLY AND POLITELY:

    Inform the respondent that a supervisor is not currently available, but one can call them back as soon as possible.  Record the respondents name and phone number and then reach out to your room coach via chat to inform them of the situation.

    Issues with Voxco?

    If you are having issues with Voxco, enable “Compatability Mode” in Internet Exlorer.
